General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkluek ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkluek website located at https://pkluek.com and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Service").

By completing the account registration process, accessing any part of the pkluek Service, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pkluek's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. 1.1 Jurisdiction and Applicability

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pkluek complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

1.2 Acceptance of Risk

Gambling and sports betting involve financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your pkluek account and that no outcome is guaranteed. pkluek provides a fair and transparent gaming environment, but it does not guarantee that any player will generate profit from use of the Service. You accept full responsibility for all wagering decisions made through your account.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access pkluek's betting and casino services, you must first register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without return of funds.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active pkluek account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service.
• You are a human individual acting in your personal capacity — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded or suspended from pkluek for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a current employee of pkluek or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are accessing the Service of your own free will and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not self-excluded from pkluek under a self-exclusion request that remains active.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one pkluek account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If pkluek detects multiple accounts linked to a single individual, all such accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances forfeited. pkluek reserves the right to retain deposited balances pending a full investigation.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pkluek operates a mandatory KYC verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. Before processing a first withdrawal, pkluek will request that you submit valid proof of identity and proof of address. Acceptable identity documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued driving licence. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkluek username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at pkluek is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification in accordance with pkluek's anti-money laundering procedures. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. pkluek is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount at pkluek is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active account review being in progress. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. pkluek reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

pkluek is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities through its platform. All transactions are monitored continuously. pkluek reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline any transaction that triggers an AML flag, without prior notice to the player. In the event of a suspected AML breach, pkluek may suspend the affected account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities as required. Deposited funds used in connection with confirmed AML violations may be permanently withheld.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

pkluek offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any additional conditions specified in the individual promotion's terms at the time the offer is made.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonus offers cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

pkluek actively monitors all bonus activity. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral or refer-a-friend promotions — will have their bonus balances forfeited, their account suspended, and any real-money balance retained pending investigation.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

pkluek is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure genuinely random outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by pkluek's trading team and reflect current market conditions. No player, employee, or third party may attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players through any means.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkluek platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information during live betting events.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misquoted odds — any winnings generated through a clearly erroneous price are void and will be reversed.
• Placing bets on events in which you have insider knowledge not available to the general public.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or any systematic low-risk strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Attempting to access the pkluek platform through VPN, proxy, or anonymising software to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards pkluek staff or other users via the live chat or support channels.

5.2 Integrity of Sports Betting

pkluek takes the integrity of sports betting seriously. All unusual betting patterns are monitored continuously. In the event that pkluek has reasonable grounds to believe that a betting event has been subject to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption, all bets on the affected market may be voided and stakes returned to the players' accounts. pkluek cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies and relevant authorities in Bangladesh and internationally.

Account Suspension & Closure

pkluek reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

6.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players who wish to close their pkluek account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, pkluek will process any outstanding verified withdrawals before the account is closed. If a player is closing their account for responsible gaming reasons and wishes to self-exclude, pkluek's self-exclusion process provides a more comprehensive set of protections — see Section 6.2 below.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

pkluek provides a self-exclusion tool for players who feel they need a break from gambling. Self-exclusion can be requested for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days via the account settings panel, or permanently via a request to the support team. Once self-exclusion is activated, the player's account will be immediately suspended for the selected period, all marketing communications will be suppressed, and no promotional offers will be sent. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkluek's total liability to any player in connection with the Service — whether arising under contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pkluek account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.1 Service Availability

pkluek strives to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to its platform. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond pkluek's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or actions of government authorities. pkluek shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities, or data loss — arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

7.2 Third-Party Content and Links

The pkluek platform may reference third-party game providers, payment processors, and sporting data providers. pkluek is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of content, odds data, or services supplied by third parties. Game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are independent entities; any technical issues arising within their game engines are governed by their own terms and resolved through their own support channels, with pkluek acting as intermediary where reasonably practicable.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including a clearly incorrect price in a betting market, a software malfunction affecting game outcomes, or a system error causing an incorrect balance display — pkluek reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their correct pre-error state. pkluek's decision in such circumstances is final and binding. Players who knowingly exploit a manifest error will be treated as having engaged in prohibited conduct under Section 5 of these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

pkluek reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkluek will notify active players via a notice displayed on the platform upon login, or via email to the registered address on file. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the update notice, which will be no fewer than seven calendar days after publication for material changes affecting player rights or obligations.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pkluek Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. 8.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Any translated version made available on the platform is provided for convenience only and carries no legal weight. In any dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative text.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with pkluek's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkluek with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
